1st time being a brunette!
As I have told you many times before, my Mom is my hair stylist. She is also the hair stylist to many who read this blog. So, it is only right for me to brag about my new color. It's happening all over the world, lowlight season! I decided to forget lowlights and just go with an all over color! Since my hair was blonde before, I have some really cool color variations that makes it look pretty awesome. Well, at least I think it's pretty awesome.

Josiah does not like it, he told me so. Ava Beth laughs and runs her fingers through my hair. Umm, Jeremy, well he has not seen it yet but he will in about one hour! My friends like it so hopefully you will too. If you DON'T like it, just keep it to yourself! :) And the eyebrows have more color on them than my actual head of hair. My eyebrows were way too light for this fall look!

Put the bleach away ladies, it's gettin' cold outside! Say goodbye to beach weather and hello to November! Yeah baby! And you know, if you know me, my hair won't stay like this for long. But for now, I love it! Thank you MOM! What would I do without you? It's so cool having a Mom that does hair!

I fixed it for Jeremy, but let's be honest! The picture below is how it will be fixed everyday! I am about to be a mom of three, who has time to blow dry, flat iron and use product? :)

looks so pretty -- I just did mine this morning too. I've been trying to go lighter, since my hair has a gray patch that will not take ANY color... but for now it is a nice fall color.

Like you, I'm sure I'll play with the color again before too long. I'm a dark brunette, but the lighter color was really growing on me.

Blessings,
Karla

I absolutely LOVE it!! You look great as a brunette, of course, and we really do have more fun than blondes. (Hee, hee!)

Am a little jealous that you get to use your mom in such a way, I've gotta find me one of those!!

Ok - first - I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! Second, have to agree with everyone else - your eyes really stand out with the darker hair.

So - what did Jeremy say?!?!?! :)

My mama was a hairdresser too - back in the 70's and 80's - days of the perms. I was the guinea pig for new styles and perms - ugh! When I was 15 I started going elsewhere!
Like I said - I love love love it!

I also got lowlights this past friday. Major change, much darker than normal. They called it lowlighting but what they ended up doing was a darker all over color and then going through with a partial foil to add the highlights. So when my hair is up, it is all really dark underneath. It is a cool, funky contrast! Check out my blog and you can see the recent pics of me from saturday in my hippie costume to see the hair!
